EA have proven time again that they care little about the offline game in FIFA so I doubt they would pull out all the stops to create a glorious offline mode with the official UEFA Champions League tournament in FIFA 19 Career Mode especially when they have a monopoly on the football games market and already outsell PES by a huge margin.
